Our standard railroad ties are 9in x 7in x 8.5-9ft in diameter. A tie can weigh 175-200 lbs depending on grade. A bundle will weigh around 3000lbs. It will require machinery to unload that is rated for this weight. Our ties are bundled generally in groups of 16 and a semi load can contain 224 to 288 ties depending on the grade and location. We do have other dimensions of ties upon request at limited locations.

Standard Ties (Grade 1):
Standard ties with light wear and end splits. They will have at least 3 good sides. Pricing is dependent on quantity.
Standard Ties (Grade 2):
Standard ties with normal wear and end splits. They will have at least 2 good sides. Pricing is dependent on quantity.
Economy Ties (Grade 3):
These ties have significant wear, rot, and splits. They maintain the general dimensions of a standard tie but lack structural integrity. Still good for many uses and applications.
